The project includes the design of residential and office buildings required for construction as well as operation of Upper Nyasim (43MW) & Upper Nyasim “A” (21MW) Hydropower Project located in Jugal Rural Municipality, Bagmati Province, Nepal. The proposed residential & office building is located at an altitude of 2400 m. The build up area for the office building & residential building is around 1572.2 sq.m.
