The project consists of providing Consulting Services for Construction Supervision and Management works of 132 kV double circuit transmission line project & its associated substation works that has been proposed to evacuate the power generated from Nupche-Likhu Hydropower Project (57.5MW) which is being constructed by Vision Energy & Power Ltd.

The project consists of 24 km long 132 kV double Circuit Transmission Line for the Nupche Likhu Hydropower Project, with a capacity of 57.5 MW located in Umakunda Rural Municipality of Ramechhap district, Province No. 3, Nepal. The 132 kV Transmission Line is intended to be construction from Nupche Likhu Hydropower Project – 57.5MW (near Kongematar Village of Umakunda Rural Municipality) to NEA Substation at Gargyang of Gokulganga Rural Municipality.

Overall Services provided by firm

The scope of the consultancy services includes, but not limited to, following major activities:

Project Planning, Scheduling and Management of the transmission line project

Construction Supervision and Quality control of the project

Facilitation in procurement of transmission line works as per client’s requirement

Review & approval of transmission line alignment proposed by the contractor with respect to technical, social & commercial aspects

Review & approval of tower spotting/design/schedule proposed by the contractor

Review & approval of tower optimization carried by the contractor using PLS tower & PLS CAD

Review of M4 analysis so as to optimize the overall cost of transmission line project.

Review and recommendation of IPC proposed by the contractor

Preparation of periodic project reports
